After applying a filter from the Users page, you can now save this filter as a Segment. For example, if you commonly filter users by UTM source, you could create a "From Facebook" segment.
Segments are different from Tags in that they automatically group users based on your criteria, whereas Tags can be used to manually group users.

You can now import a list of email addresses onto your suppression list as well as export the suppression list to .CSV file.
